Amazing delivery
The product was just as described, great price too! But FedEx Home is a horrible delivery service.
One of the cameras I ordered jammed after only a few shots. I have to return it and get another camera body.
It would have been customer friendly to have noticeably stated that your would be closed on Monday AND Tuesday after Christmas. The phone message stated that you would be closed for the holiday and open again the next business day, which would have been Tuesday. You were closed. I did finally get to speak with someone on Wednesday and found that FedEx hadn't picked up on Friday so my package was delayed. I would have appreciated an email. Holidays make things difficult for everyone, but with appropriate customer service notifications, my experience would have been rated 5 satrs.
