I find your site hard to navigate. Not like your earlier layout.

You Guys and Gals have never let me down! Keep up the GREAT work!

Only minor thing I feel worth mentioning is the shipping notification. Maybe I missed it, but it should be clear that the shipping info/tracking will be sent in a day or two. Like other sites I shop on, I was expecting to receive shipping info/tracking (even if it's just pending or preparing) at the time of purchase. Other than that, everything was smooth!

It has been a good experience with KEH over many years doing buying, selling, and with the occasional return.

Not happy with the fact that I had to sign for the package. It was not told to me prior to my order. It took longer to get my water due to that fact.

It is always so easy to order "as is" cameras from you.,,, and lots of items to choose from

And I'm always very happy with what I receive...

So far, so good. I've ordered from KEH on more than one occasion and been happy with my purchases thus far.

My previous order arrived with non-working items. Still trying to resolve that. Finally received order

I purchased an item that has otherwise been hard to acquire. The condition of the item was rated as EX and it was indeed in excellent condition. The purchase experience was smooth, easy, hassle-free, and the delivery was quite quick, even though I'm not a US customer.

Ordered a lens and camera. Both came in excellent condition.

Nothing to say because the process was so easy. Sorry!

My go-to source for buying and selling...

Very fast shipping the product arrived not with the original lens cup little bit disappointing but can live with that. Over all very good product and service.

No problems with keh itself except for the shipping with FedEx. Other than the tax, which I knew I would have to pay, they charged a high amount for other fees. If keh will only ship with FedEx in the future I would not purchase again from them. Which is too bad because keh is a great company.

My experience with KEH was great, as usual. FedEx, the delivering carrier...not so much. FedEx delivered a crushed package. Fortunately, the lens works, in spite of rough treatment by the carrier.

Product was missing some items included in the new/original product. I wish I had known that before I placed my order. KEH should provide a more complete description of the used items it offers along with a description of any missing pieces.
