I traded lenses for a Nikon z7II and I think it was 20th transaction with these fine people. Have used them for years and their grading system is the best.
Ordered a new camera for home photos and basic photography. I'm beyond pleased. The process was quick and painless. I went through affirm which made it even easier. I sound like I work for them but I don't lol I'm just thrilled with this camera.
For order to receive, total one week time. Consider the distance between US and HK, can't expect better!

I called 3 or 4 times in two days, and finally someone helped me on the discount with a manual input. It was really time consuming and frustrating. However, the item I purchased was delivered much earlier than the planned date.

Buying the lens went great but I just got an email from KEH asking to click onto a link to confirm I received my order. Really that was a trick to have me write a review. Classic case on how to ruin an otherwise fine transaction with an over zealous marketing team trying force a good review. KEH loses a star for deceit.
Lens arrived well packed. Lens is in great condition. Except the lens cover is loose and comes off easily.

I appreciate my business with you guys my only complaint whats with the fedex delivery service, requesting signature I understand why but fedex stop by house at 11:00 am when everyone is at work it becomes a hassle trying to receive the lens/ body
I was looking for an ARCA-Swiss L-bracket for my Nikon D90. This camera is a bit old, so finding just about any accessory can be a challenge. I wanted a bracket designed to fit the D90 (as opposed to a "universal fit") and I wanted it to be a solid piece (as opposed to two parts bolted together).and that made the search a challenge. I browsed the web without much luck...or what I did find was ridiculously priced...so I headed here to KEH. And I found *exactly* what I wanted. The price, still somewhat dear for what this bracket is, was doable and in short order was on it's way. For me, shipping is ridiculously fast since I live about 40 minutes from their Smyrna headquarters.
KEH does a great job packaging anything they ship. This L-bracket was a solid, machined piece of aluminum stock and the folks at KEH packed it as if it was the most delicate of camera equipment; they use one very high standard for packing anything they ship.
So, the moral of the story is; if your looking for something, KEH probably has it.
I have ordered two lenses from KEH and my first experience was excellent. I received my lens when I expected to and it has worked flawlessly. My second experience was not as great. I had an event that I needed the new lens for so I paid $30 for two-day shipping. My lens shipped on Monday Dec 4th and was slated to be delivered Wednesday Dec 6th. I received notification that my package was delayed until Friday December 8th, one day after the event I needed it for. My delivery date would update twice more to Thursday December 7th and then Monday December 11th before ultimately being delivered Friday December 8th. While I understand that things may arise with the carrier that delay package delivery there has been no attempt from KEH to reach out, offer a refund on the additional delivery costs etc.
