Great website and selection, pretty good prices. Received camera in great condition, however, included battery didn't work. KEH customer service quickly shipped me another battery at no extra charge, very happy with the customer service experience.

Forced questionnaires are annoying. I thought I could help by telling you the order I made was completed but instead got duped into a crappy survey. These metrics are fraught with all sorts of issues including the use of statistics which are generally very poorly understood in our country.
Think twice before using these tools.

I've been buying equipment from KEH for a number of years and have always been very pleased with the price, selection, and service. I made the switch back to shooting film for most of my work several years ago and KEH has allowed me to fill the holes and get what I need for my medium and large format systems. Their prices are more than fair, the selection is second to none, and they have extremely conservative grading. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases, in fact, it's been quite the opposite. I have always been extremely pleased with the quality of the equipment that I have purchased from KEH. If you are looking for a piece of equipment that is no longer being made, or just want to save some coins by purchasing used, you can't go wrong with buying from KEH.
