Some visible marks on the viewfinder glass, but otherwise no problems.

I've been very pleased with their rating and condition of the used cameras and lenses also very happy with how easy the purchases has been. Outstanding service when One of my one cameras needed cleaning and repairs. Highly recommend doing business with KEH.

Wow am I glad I found you. After searching on Amazon and had bad experiences (YES, on Amazon) I googled the lens I was looking for and found you and got it for $75 less then Amazon had it for. I called first to make sure the site wasn't a scam and talked to a gentleman and after feeling comfortable with them I ordered and got it in a few days. Thank you I will be searching this site again for other camera equipment

Good overall experience

Was not able to find the Lumix gf2 battery for 17 dollars that was available recently, your search setup poor. Settling for the camera with it's battery and charger, without your recently available extra battery. Camera is outstanding, even has option to make the screen very bright, which is not on my Black version of my other Lumix GF2.

When shipping by Fedex, let the customer decide if they can alter the order to "hold" status... it wasn't an option, so I had to juggle picking up a child from daycare after 5pm and getting my package... if I could have simply put the order into hold status, I could have come and picked up the package at another, more convenient time.

Ordering was simple.

Very satisfied. Order was delivered on time,actually, sooner than I expected. Product was in excellent condition as described. The only recommendation I might give, and this not a complaint, is when selling a camera body it would be nice to include a body cap.

Product in excellent condition and was well packed.

I paid $1953 for a Leica M6 film body rated as Exc+ but it arrived with the rangefinder slightly off and two blemishes on the top plate of the camera. Over the years I've ordered countless lenses and bodies from KEH and was always blown away at the condition of the items upon arrival. This time, not so much.
