I broke my original Hoodman. I have been searching for another one for over two months. I do not like the newer 3" models and would have preferred finding the old 1" original model. But this 2.5" model will do I guess...We'll see. Thank you!

Signature required for $40 orders is crazy. The excuse that the business name below my name makes it look like my address is an apartment and requires signature is really stupid. Fedex does not stop long enough for me to put down what I am doing and run down the stairs. That is IF they ring the doorbell & I hear it.

I appreciate KEH finding and sending back my memory card from a trade in camera. I would've liked to see a breakdown of my trade in items.

It is somewhat difficult to track down accessories. For example if I could type in I have a Camera "xyz" then here is the battery, grip, flash...

Tony was very helpful on the phone. I was able to place my order and pick it up the same afternoon!
