I came across a used lens that I was interested in purchasing at a great price. However, when Iproduct to buy it, I found out that the only option available was the most expensive version, ev clicked on the en though other versions in different conditions were listed as in stock. This felt like false advertising as the seller was showing products they didn't actually have in stock. Eventually, I ended up buying the one that was available, and it was in proper working condition as described.

They were quick to get it out to me, but maybe a little too quick. I ordered a black Fuji XT3 and received the silver one instead (slightly annoying but not the end of the world). But the condition of the camera I received was not the same condition I paid for.

KEH exceeded my expectations in every way. It was packaged perfectly and shipped quickly. When I unwrapped my camera it looked like new. Even though it was graded "Excellent", I think it should have been graded "Like New".
I dont know if they always grade lower than the product actually is, as I have only purchased one other product and that was a sped light I bought for parts. I have been a professional photographer for almost 20 years and all my gear over the years was new when I purchased it. I have to say, thats a trend that has come to an end. From now on my gear will come from KEH.
