I shop KEH regularly to find lens for my cameras. It is always easy and the products arrive in the condition advertised. An excellent way to buy photographic gear.
Aside from the shipping fee, my shopping experience was very good. I had to pay 34 USDs for the shipment of a product which I paid 16 USDs for. Other shipment options should be a reality for the customers. Aside from that I am satisfied.
This is our first used lens purchase...we hope it proves to be a good decision.

Update: The camera arrived quickly and packed well. When KEH says "Excellent Plus" they mean it. Not a mark on it and absolutely flawless.

From start to finish, no problems at all. Went very smoothly.
Got the lens I ordered on time. Tested the lens out and had almost every shot turn out soft and not sharp like I had hoped. Tried it again the next day with only tripod use and really sunny outside, that was better but still not satisfied with the lens. So I called to return the lens because it didn't preform as I hoped, just to learn that they won't refund my shipping and I also have to pay to send it back to keh. I want to do business this keh because they seem great, but customer service was not that understanding or sympathetic. It's like " I'm gonna buy another lens from you guys, you don't think you can send me a free return label?" Come on... Amazon is at least that helpful, and that's saying something.
