Folks, there was a little bit of ambiguity regarding how or when I should advance to the next screen, especially when it asked me to "place order" but I hadn't yet provided a credit card number. I'd think you'd want to address that bit of ambiguity to simplify things for your customers.
Also, on my viewing of the lenses I was interested in, the quality grade didn't appear. So I had to call your phone number to have a guy provide those to me over the phone.

While it's sometimes possible to find somewhat cheaper prices on ebay or what have you, you never know exactly what you're going to get. There is great peace of mind in being able to rely on the KEH rating system in order to ensure you get the quality level you are expecting, especially for "vintage" items. And of course the prices are still very fair! I know I'll be looking to KEH whenever I'm searching for a specific old camera or lens in the future. Thanks!

Excellent! I have benefited greatly from your products and services in the past. And I WOULD RECOMMEND your company and its products/services to a friend or a close relative any time.

UNFORTUNATELY, delivery of my current order was not the very best, NOT DUE TO YOUR ACTIONS, but due to the carrier company who seemed to have matters somewhat confused. My current order was delivered to a terminal significantly distant from my home. And only because of your excellent and prompt action, was my order finally delivered to the terminal location to which products I had previously ordered from KEH had been delivered in the past, and as I had desired and expected this time, as well.

When I went to pick up my order, TODAY (1 May 2017) the clerk was puzzled, somewhat,whether the item had really arrived there, as had been promised by the carrier! Fortunately, however, the clerk did find the item and all was well after that. Please note, that the clerk was not being incompetent. It seemed that my order had been somewhat misplaced at the terminal too!. WOW!

Anyway, all's well that ends well, as Shakespere had said. The item is in excellent condition. And, once again, I find myself pleased and satisfied with your products.

A note, however: the S/N on the item, a Sony/Zeiss 50mm f1,4 prime lens, was NOT THE SAME S/N reported/listed on the document accompanying the lens.
