Better than i expected
I am a multiple repeat customer, very satisfied with KEH.
Easy checkout, wish there were "recommended accessories" for the lens I bought for easy ordering.
Would've loved to have quick help via chat during order process, but i did get a quick overnight answer to my email. On my order i submitted a question about whether the regular shipping time predictions were reliable (because i had only exactly that long before my trip), and was surprised and grateful that the answer came in the form of a silent upgrade to expedited shipping. Pleased to have a warranty on a used camera, and hoping i won't need to use it.
What I wanted when I needed it.
Delivery was fast, product as described but was defective. Defect was not obvious. KEH provided an immediate prepaid refund. Very good company. Highly recommend. They were outstanding.

I was very satisfied with KEH, and even though the film back works well, it has a very distinct odor. I'll be able to get it out eventually, but would have appreciated knowing before I bought it. I'm very sensitive to perfumes.
Quality and trustworthy
I have been a happy customer singing your praises since Bill Hansen took care of me with a Nikon F4S ripped shutter blade in 1993.
The web site is a little clunky and slow to navigate but I have bought from you before and have always been impressed with the accuracy of your description of the items. I like the way you do business.
It seemed the cyber site for credit purchases took a little while to confirm the order, but everything about your site looks interesting and it seems very easy to find what you want.
I received your order and right away started shooting different rolls of film with my various lenses and filters. Waiting to see the first images tomorrow.
