KEH is great! It is where I go to both buy used equipment and sell my used camera equipment. I have never been disappointed. I have never had a single issue.
Items ordered arrived quick and in the condition mentioned by KEH when purchased. Will be coming back to order more items in the future.
I think that the user experience is really good for shopping at KEH. I did also sell some equipment in the past at KEH and I was not very happy with the price offered. That said, it is the reason that the shopping experience is so good.

1st time buyer, up to now everything is going well.
I would have given 5 stars on all, except that my order was held up for a week with no notification to me.
When i called to check on the order (it was still showing as "processing"), i was told 1 item in my order was not available.
No one emailed or called to let me know this, and i imagine the order would still be on hold had i not called.
That's disappointing, particularly since all other parts of the process were so satisfactory.

The price was a little high for used equipment, however the condition was excellent.

Package arrived fast,however, the inside of the pack that I ordered was torn in one spot which surprised me because of the description of being excellent. I don't know if they sent the wrong backpack or it was an oversight. I am still happy with my order.
The picture on your web site showed a konica 35mm lens with smallest f stop at 22. What I got was a lens with the smallest f stop at 16.
I will do business with keh.com again. Item I purchased was priced reasonably, in better condition than I expected from the BGN description, was packed well, shipped promptly.
