I found that this product was not fully described, thus I am returning it.

The product was as advertised, looks just like new. Just have to do some more testing to insure that the lens functions properly. Very impressed with the delivery time. I'll likely buy again.

Easy to find product. Exactly as described. You made it easy. I wish however I would have chosen a higher priced product as this tripod is a bit light for my camera. No problem I'll use it as an emergency piece of equipment.

What came was a Canon IVSb not a Canon IVSb2. You need to be more careful in your descriptions. Fortunately this is not a common occurence. Return was easy.

Love the selection and choices, everything I have purchased has been exactly as described. Had purchased a used 18-70 Nikon AFS that started not metering a few months after purchase. They gave me store credit and l was able to use as I wanted.

HERE'S WHAT I WROTE BEFORE I ORDERED.I tried to buy this item last night, but the program just went in a circle. I'm glad that it worked today. CAMERA CAME AND LOOKS GOOD. I'VE TAKEN A FEW PHOTOS AND EVERYTHING SEEMS TO WORK. I'LL GIVE IT MORE OF A WORK-OUT THIS WEEK.

I have purchased items from KEH on several occasions. I have always been completely satisfied and recommend KEH to others.

Was suprised when your system does not support Mozilla FireFox web browser. I had to use Chrome (which is not a favorite for me) other than that, keep up the good work. When order arrived I was surprised that the lens I ordered did not have caps on either end. I clearly remembering clicking the lens with caps as a choice. Small, but annoying.

I've been a happy customer for over twenty years.

This lens hood took awhile to arrive and it's an old one in "ugly" condition. My first KEH disappointment. Not important enough to return.
