Received a Nikon flash unit that did not function at all!

Sometimes searching for a product gets a bit quirky. For example, if I put in the camera brand and model it doesn't always pull up and I have to look around for it. Ie. Leica M240 camera doesn't alway comes up. Otherwise everything is pretty good. Thanks
