Shopping with KEH online was easy. I had bought a small, used Panasonic zoom lens which arrived in a huge one cubic foot box. The lens was well protected with loads of air pocket packs. In my opinion, that was an overkill. As a result, the shipping charges were higher than they needed to be.
At the moment I am not convinced of the quality of this lens and I am testing it to see if the lens indeed has focusing and/or sharpness issues that I had read on some reviews.
As for the physical condition, the lens looks in good shape, but arrived without either front of rear lens cover. What had initially attracted me to the lens was it's small size, but I did not realize that the lens doubles in length when put on the camera and the camera is turned on. Also, the camera needs to be turned off before the lens retracts to its "storage" size. Further, even though this is a Panasonic lens, it lacks built in image stabilization. Had I known all this before, I would not have bought this lens.

I tried to order this lens a few days ago and the order was cancelled without even an email warning. Tonight, I had to reset my password multiple times before I could attempt to purchase the lens. I believe the problem is with the mechanism for making payments.
After my second attempt to buy the lens, my purchase was sent quickly and could have passed for new. The grading was dead on!
