Why do you charge tax for out of state customers? Other than that I use your services quite a bit. Tax thing sucks though.

I placed my order on a Saturday, emailed to cancel the order on Sunday, but package still shipped out on Monday. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. I wish communication were better in that regard.

I am the first time customer and I hoped to get 10% discount, but could not get this discount

Excellent service and merchandise

The only issue I had was the delay in the delivery time. I was contacted by someone with customer service who left a message for me saying there was an error with the order (not really sure what the issue was). I needed the lens for a specific portrait shoot, but I didn't get it in time. The price was still good and I will be using the lens for other purposes.

Everything was great! The lens and all the included accessores were packed well and came in great condition.

I am a regular customer and enjoy your company with the exception of that time when I received a lens mounted on a different shutter with a different aperture scale, and no one over the phone could understand or help.

I was impressed by the size of the inventory. It was great to find good used equipment at a low cost.

Though it was a bargain price, it works flawlessly. I loaded a film roll and tried few lenses of different types like manual, AF-D as well as G. They all work great with appropriate modesas intended!
