I have shopped from the UK, FedEx was definitely an unfortunate choice, but KEH kind and efficient support team promptly intervened to make sure the parcel would be delivered as soon as possible. The items were in great condition, as stated in the ad. I am very satisfied overall, but I would recommend to consider another courier (at least for shipments to the UK), as FedEx UK do not stand to KEH customer service level.
Decent selection of older Minolta lenses and prices. Nice to be able to finance on the more expensive lenses.

Everything I ordered arrived quickly (Canon 7d, with battery grip and three batteries). Everything I ordered was exactly in the condition I was expecting based on KEH's rating of the equipment's condition (i.e. KEH's rating of the equipment was accurate). I would order again from KEH and I have already recommended the site to a friend looking to purchase some camera equipment.
It is nearly impossible to recieve a delivery in New York via fed ex that has to be signed for. Even in buildings where fed ex / ups can buzz in I work everyday so it's nearly impossible to be home for Fed Ex to get my signautre. It would be great if KEH could give you options for shipment, either add UPS (who don't require a signature) or give an option to do Fed Ex with no signature.
I won't be ordering from KEH until this change happens since it's nearly impossible to receive packages this way.
I've always had great service in the past, and expect I'll see it this time, too.

Why do you charge tax for out of state customers? Other than that I use your services quite a bit. Tax thing sucks though.
