I don't usually deal with companies I'm not familiar with and was hesitant after reading customer comments on resellerratings.com, most were not complimentary. But I placed an online order for under $10 (that's all I was willing to risk) and everything worked out in the favor of me, the customer.
The website was offering free shipping for July but I couldn't anywhere to input the code. I placed the order anyway and immediately sent the company a message about the shipping charge. Within 12 hours they responded and removed the shipping charge. Within 48 hours my credit card notified me of the credit to my account. I've dealt with big national companies that were not this timely and responsive.
My item came within 7 days and is exactly as described. Pleased with every aspect of my dealings.
I have been a KEH customer for over 15 years. I always enjoy looking at whats for sale, from current equipment, to relics from the past. The phone staff is very friendly and can answer my questions, and their equipment ratings are spot on.
I was very surprised at how quickly I got my order. I received it less than 48 hours after ordering. It was a bargain lens, but is still in amazing quality! I trust Keh for all my lenses. They've never let me down!

The Sigma 30mm f1.4 DC 62mm lens was listed as being in excellent condition. I could not find it at KEH Camera's condition or price anywhere else on-line, and it came with a great case, two lens caps and a lens hood. Two days later I had it in my hands, and was amazed by its condition. Looked as if it had never been used before, perhaps a store display lens; not a mark on it, and both front and rear glass with absolutely no
Marks or dirt. It was immediately used and a number of photos processed in Photoshop CS6, which gave graphic proof of the short depth of field at f1.4, and the increase up to f16. F22 would have been nice but knew that f16 was the smallest opening when buying. Will certain purchase from KEH in the future.
The lens I ordered was received very quickly and in the condition described by KEH. I have always had good service from KEH, although I hadn't ordered from them in years.
