When you read the agreement, I did not receive a confirmation box. My be just me but that should then take you back to complete the process.
I received the order well before it was due,unfortunately i order t5he wrong item an had to return it for the proper item. I received prompt courteous service on returning the item an help to get the proper item.

I wasn't satisfied with my order because I had ordered the wrong item. Luckily, I was able to return it in a timely manner. I'm still waiting on a confirmation email that my package was delivered back to KEH headquarters.

I made this order after office hours on a Friday. I realized I had ordered the wrong lens and tweeted to KEH, facebook messaged as well. Saturday I called Customer Service and spoke to Eric. First he said it was already shipping, which was impossible since I ordered after work hours and you guys don't work in warehouse on Saturday. A few minutes later he emailed me and told me he was looking at an old order and that he would email the warehouse to get my new order cancelled. It hadn't even been processed or anything. On Monday I emailed him to follow up and there was no reply. Suddenly the order was processed and shipped even though I tried to cancel with enough time. Now I'm stuck with a lens I don't need, I overpaid for and instead of going thru the hassle or sending in back, I will just try to flip locally at a loss.
