Simple and Easy. A Fantastic price and KEH's rating for the Camera Bag might have been less than it should have been. It was rated E+. It Looks to be brand new. Dave Busch's mention of KEH in his publications was spot on and the reason why I checked KEH out. They will be my first 'go to' guys from here on out!

Very clean equipment. I had heard that KEH was conservative in rating their used gear, and that proved to be true.

I bought a 300mm lens to photograph the eclipse, and it was delivered right on time and works perfectly.

Aside from the site being pretty accessible and awesome on mobile, I'm very pleased with how easy it is to order and how quickly I receive my item. The email updates are a nice bonus as I don't get them consistently from larger photography shops that I occasionally order from.

Ordered a "bargain" grade lens. Order shipped promptly. Lens was in great condition for "bargain" grade as is usually the case, in my experience, with KEH.

Used my gift card credit from unused equipment to get something I can use. The item I ordered was a Nikon OEM battery, which is what I got. I was a little nervous when I reviewed the packing slip, which showed the full price, but the debt to my card was the correct amount. The price at KEH for the battery was very competitive, minus my credit for my old equipment, and I got an OEM battery for less than 20 bucks. I'm happy.

Excellent stock, service and ordering process. This was the 1st time I purchased a previously owned lens. I am amazed, because the lens I received looks brand new. The glass elements, focus, zoom and all control movements are flawless; I couldn't be happier. I even shot some skies through the lens and detected ZERO dust spots! I will definitely check the KEH used stock in the future before making any new equipment purchases.
