Always seems to be the place to buy used cameras. Pricing and product ratings are very dead on and conservative. Even my past bargain purchases look better than my own gear. Previously had a terrible experience with a Sony A100 a year ago. The camera was was defective and I spent almost $32 in shipping costs to return the product under RMA and product warranty. I'd swear I would never buy from KEH again.

However, somehow this year I had I change of heart and have purchased two used cameras in the past two months that are performing flawlessly. Perhaps it was because both of them used SD cards rather than the old compact flash like the Sony A100 is the reason that I am a happy and satisified customer.

Otherwise, I am keeping my fingers crossed and wishing for the best. Otherwise, great pricing, great products and great service. I also appreciate the ability to track my shipment every step off the way after leaving the KEH warehouse.

I've received excellent service and products from KEH in the past. I'm a little nervous about this lens purchase because the Canon 70-300 II was only released 10 months ago, yet it is listed as merely "excellent" condition. Nevertheless, I'm confident in your return policy, although I've never had to use it.

On receipt, the lens turned out to be in truly excellent condition. I'm not sure why it wasn't rated "excellent plus" or even "like-new-minus." It is a really great lens, one of the best lenses that Canon has ever made, which makes it one of the best lenses ever made.

The lens I ordered was not the one I needed so I had to return the order (my fault totally). Unfortunately it came a day later than originally scheduled so I had to wait until after the weekend to get a return number. I had to email twice to get a response with return instructions. I realize that you probably answered as quickly as you needed to, but it cost me another day of not being able to ship the item back in a timely fashion. The lens you shipped me was the one I ordered and it was as described on your webpage. Now I need to wait until the return is completed so I can get the lens I really wanted to order. Only complaint is based on the timing of events. That part could have gone smoother for me but since it was my error to begin with, I am not complaining that loudly.
