Very good shopping experience The item was delivered but the unit was defective. I filled out the form to replace the item and returned it for replacement. I have not received conformation as to whether it will be replaced or not. The platform fastened to the stem on the ball is loose and can not be tightened. The item was returned to the Slater address as advised. Any other information I am able to help with, let me know.

Best purchase for 2017

Fast and straight forward. Equipent better that stated and works very well. My complaint is with FedEx ground. Numerous false delivery notifications whiletracking. Sat in a warehouse 10 miles from my home for 3 days!
