All aspects of the shopping experience at KEH have been positive. Selection varies frequently so it is good to check often. Price was fair, processing quick, and shipping fast fast and well packaged.

Great deal on the lens hood that I purchased, came in condition as stated.

Once again KEH was awesome.

The only minor issue I had was that the camera was pictured without a body cap and the 'included' confirmed it was only a charger and battery that came with it. As a result, I ordered a body cap but the camera also included the original. It was not a big deal due to the minor cost of the cap.

Got what I needed at considerable savings. Only 2 things that I'm not totally happy with. The lens barrel on the Canon L 24-105 slides all the way out every time I point the camera straight down and the lens cap on the 20 mm f1.4 is very loose. The cap fit tight on the one I replaced because it was stolen.

Lens was exactly as described and arrived quickly. I've bought several lenses from KEH and they are always priced fairly and are in great condition. I will continue to do business with this great resource and will recommend them to others looking for quality used equipment.
