I was frustrated by the shipping process, as the package required a signature on delivery and was not allowed to be held at a FedEx facility to be picked up there. I then had to call KEH to get them to ask FedEx to hold the package. That would have been an OK process, but I didn't learn that I had to do that until the second missed delivery at my house. I would have appreciated being notified of the at-delivery-location signature requirement up front so I could have made the process smoother overall.

Secondly, I was frustrated by the KEH website; the contact us portion stated that customer service was available until 8pm EST, but it turns out only sales is available until that time. Customer Service knocks off 3 hours earlier. It would have been helpful if the website made that distinction.

Those service issues put a bit of a cloud around an otherwise good experience.

I have purchased items from keh before and have been pleased with my orders. Although this time, I received a lens that something was wrong with it and I tried trouble shooting on my own but it wasn't connecting right to my camera body, nor any body. I called their sales support team and not only were they able to trouble shoot but they were willing to make things right for me by sending me the same quality lens for no additional cost. It was extremely relieving that they were able to make things right. They really care about you as a customer!
