I unfortunately ordered the wrong lens - my fault, nothing on KEH's end. I tried calling to cancel the order before it was shipped but didn't call in time. I received the lens, opened it and repackaged it in the same box to return it. Hopefully once it's back and refunded I'll be able to find one of the CORRECT lenses at KEH. Overall I was very happy with the process.
We've bought from KEH before, however, and their quality is excellent. There was nothing wrong with the lens we received - it was flawless. Just not workable for us.

Bought two Canon Rebel XSi cameras, two 18-55mm lenses & two lens caps to do stereo pairs photography. Cameras work great, lenses were great as well. I bought the 6 items listed as Excellent shape and all of the products are blemish free with no visible defects. All camera/lens/caps functions are working perfectly. Packaging for all products were very good and protective of all the products. Everything came in one box with bubble wrap, boxes and were packed tight to prevent movement. Good job! I would trust this company in the future for additional purchases.
The Nikon FM that I purchased was fine-- the camera as described was well used, and everything seems to function properly. The great thing about making the purchase through KEH is the 180 day warranty to cover any unforeseen issues since the camera is almost 40 years old.

When the purchase price of the two cameras exceeded the amount given to me for my equipment, they adjusted their prices to match what their offer was. This resulted in an even greater discount.
