Great. I have used this site many times.
I ordered a used lens that I received in great condition. However, I was not happy with the photo quality it had on my camera, so called to return it. I received the RMA authorization # immediately following the conversation. A couple days after shipping it back, I received notice that my item arrived at KEH. I am now waiting for confirmation that the item was accepted, and they will credit my cc. So far I am extremely happy at how smoothly this is going. I would not hesitate to order from KEH again.
Good selection. Fast search. Fast shipping, well packaged. Lens appears to be better than graded cosmetically and initial tests for focus and other functions have been fine so far.
My overall satisfaction with KEH is good and I recommend them to my friends. However, the lack of actual pictures for items that could cost hundreds or thousands of dollars is unacceptable. I understand that a lens caps doesn't need pictures but a Leica camera that could be worth thousands does. Come on, suck it up, do your job the way it should be done.

I have purchased at least three DSLRs from KEH. In my opinion you get more than you expect from the KEH grading system and by that I mean if KEH says "Excellent" condition, you can be assured it is.
KEH is very east to deal with and they are a great source for gear.
Overall, very satisfied. Two small critiques: I searched "Canon Ring Light" and nothing came up. Thought you'd sold it. Then I searched "Canon Ring" and the one I had seen earlier was still there. Your search engine has improved dramatically from a year or two ago, but seems like it still might need some tweaking.
As for the product, a little more info might have helped--I didn't realize I needed to set the camera on Manual to make the light work or that it would overexpose at close distances (the ones necessary for macro work). Maybe there's a way to further adjust it (I took it to 100 ASA, f32 and couldn't get closer than about two feet), but I haven't discovered that yet. To be fair, that kind of research was really more up to me than you. But maybe a little note like "requires Manual setting on EOS cameras) would have helped, as that's a significant characteristic of the light. Thanks for listening...
I am unhappy that I waited a week and never heard from KEH. I was told I would find out shutter count. NO ONE called despite the promise.

Only thing that caught me off guard was when I realized that I would need an adapter to put the lens on my 58mm Canon. I was surprised an adapter link didn't come up in the "similar items" area, but it worked out in the end.
