I have bought two previous camera bodies with Keh Camera without any issues. The issue I had with this shipment doesn't have anything to do with Keh Camera nor did I have to contact the customer service to help with what happened. I had requested my package to be held at a Fedex Center at a Walgreens and as soon as I received notification that it had arrived at said location I went to pick up my camera lens. To my surprise the worker in charge of the Fedex center there had told me my package wasn't to be found and gave me a nasty attitude. After calling FedEx and sorting out all the loose ends the package had been received and the lady was just too lazy to check.
Moral of the story, if you can't have it delivered at home or at work, please choose an actual official FedEx location instead of a drop off/pick up center at stores. It's not worth the headache and they won't take responsibility for anything that might happen.
I am once again extremely satisfied with the lens I purchased matching down to the T the condition I had bought it in and working flawlessly. I highly recommend Keh Camera for anyone shopping on a budget or looking for amazing used gear.

I ordered a used lens that I received in great condition. However, I was not happy with the photo quality it had on my camera, so called to return it. I received the RMA authorization # immediately following the conversation. A couple days after shipping it back, I received notice that my item arrived at KEH. I am now waiting for confirmation that the item was accepted, and they will credit my cc. So far I am extremely happy at how smoothly this is going. I would not hesitate to order from KEH again.
