The ordering process was fine, the delivery, anything but. I paid for two day shipping and chose the option of having the package delivered to a nearby FedEx pick-up location to avoid the potential of porch piracy. I received no confirmation the the package's delivery from either KEH or FedEx. A week later, I called KEH and a really friendly and helpful representative let me know that the package had reached its destination. I went to the FedEx Office and was asked for the FedEX tracking number which KEH did not provide. After convincing the FedEx employee that he could look up the package by my name and check my identification, I finally received the camera 8 days after it was delivered without notice to the pickup location. Then, to top it all off, the condition of the camera was definitely not "Excellent". The Leica M2's framelines are severely cracked and the top of the camera is scratched well beyond what anyone would describe as excellent. Pretty disappointing experience so far.

I got my first XF series lens through KEH. It came quickly and the lens itself is great quality. This is my second time ordering from KEH and both times were great.

Received a camera listed as 'Excellent condition' which it was cosmetically, but shutter count was found to be 108,000. Customer service told me shutter counts are unreliable and meaningless. They did offer to exchange and I am waiting on that.
My purchases came in on time and with ample stuffing to prevent damages. M
When checking out I was given the option by KEH to have the item shipped to a pick up centre. I had chosen a Penguin Pickup and when I went to pick up my item they told me I wasn't allowed to do this and that I would need a subscription for any future use of this pick up method. So I implore you to stipulate this detail for customers.

I've heard wonderful reviews of KEH on my search for quality equipment. I ordered my camera from a different vender but I bought my lens from KEH. Not only did the lens arrive early but the condition it was in blew me away. For a 36 year old lens to look like it was fresh out of the box was incredible. I'm thoroughly impressed by the quality of my purchase. I've tested it out in various situations so far and it has yet to fail me. I know I'll be coming back to KEH for my next lens purchase.

I bought used Nikon remote switch. The item was exactly as described in regards to condition and wear and tear. Promptly shipped and arrived as promised.

I needed the 80mm lense for my Hasselblad 500cm camera, was lucky to find one at a price i could afford. Shipping was a bit slow, but the Lense is in great condition, just what I needed.
