Made a purchase of a vintage lens, I was not expecting it to be shipped in a nifty little keh branded pouch, that small little detail made the purchase go from satisfying to amazing!
It said on the list that it was going to be a black version but when I got it was the silver one that I got. When I got the camera it was not working and it never really said that some parts are not working.
Item and ordering great. FedEx approximate delivery off by 48 hours, annoying.

First time buyer here. Found a good bargain-grade deal online and feel the price is very competitive (such that I googled to make sure it is not a scam...). The shipping is very fast and product quality is as described, no surprise. Eventually decide to return due to described issue (you have to try to decide even after knowing it). Getting RMA number is easy and the return is smooth. Even though I didn't become the final customer for my first order, I will return and buy again in future.

Nice lens in great condition at an attractive price, well-packed and promptly delivered; what's not to like? I've placed dozens of orders with KEH over many years since they started business and it's always the same experience: amazing selection of both rare and ordinary gear for every purpose by widely diverse manufacturers and of different condition ratings (that are very conservative assessments) at prices that range from eye-watering to pocket change. There's always a deal available that I jump on immediately and without a second thought. Most of the time it's a very low price for a desirable and useful item while on other occasions I am very surprised to see a particular item available at any price. Often it's something I didn't even know existed but that I nonetheless must have. Just poking around on the website is great fun. You can find things you've never dreamed you'd be able to own (a shift wide-angle lens for perspective control or a view camera setup with tripod, case and the necessary lenses and film backs or just that second body that you've always wished you had). KEH has truly enriched my life to a degree that I couldn't have imagined before I discovered them. Next I plan to outfit my grandsons with DSLRs and a suitable array of lenses and a couple of really nice gadget bags and tripods.
I was nervous buying from a site I had not heard of before, but Reddit reviews were positive so I went for it. The equipment I got is in perfect condition, even better than described on the page! Quick and seamless, highly recommend.
