FAIR PRICE-BETTER THAN EXPECTED CONDITION
Over the past year I have ordered two lenses and one eye piece for the Nikon 1 system.
The two lenses did not function.
The most recent item, the electronic viewfinder for the 1 V3 was DOA. I wrote and was promptly offered a return.
My greatest concern is the KEH is selling used equipment in an "as is" condition. I had the expectation that items you offer for sale have been tested to make sure they work.
It seems the standard way KEH handles these cases, is to offer an refund. Nice. But the goal is to have a working piece of equipment.
That seems to be something that is not available.

Very reasonable prices, good shipping time, Affirm for payment option. Overall no complaints. I just wish I didn't have to sign for delivery. Due to this I have to reroute shipment to a pickup location which is somewhat inconvenient.

This is my second purchase. First lens I bought works great! Received it quickly. Website is easy to navigate. Can't wait to receive my new purchase.
Camera was delivered on-time. Unfortunately the camera itself has a pretty severe back-focusing issue. Think only physical condition was reviewed. As a first-time KEH buyer, I'm disappointed that this was not called out in the description of the camera.
Website is not user friendly. Would buy more but. So much easier to search eBay
