My only problem was that a signature was required. FedEx runs early afternoon while I am at work. I would prefer that no signature is required. Thank you
keh.com was recommended to me while I was trying to find a new camera. I'm a student, so my budge wasn't terribly high, but I needed a nice camera to photograph my artwork. I need up getting a Nikon D90 in excellent condition here and it shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is that it doesn't come with a camera strap, but I should have gathered that from the fact that it said body only in the description. Luckily I still have the camera strap from my old camera I can use!
The overall experience of KEH is pleasing. Their website design makes it easy to find the camera parts you want.
The camera arrived just in time for me to leave for a scheduled shoot. I arrived Tooke approximately 40 images and the camera ceased to function. A a firmware error 30 was reported. The camera has been returned to KEH for repair or other resolve.
Finding the camera I wanted was quick and easy. Also, said camera was in stock and in excellent plus condition!
The thing I appreciate most about KEH is how you can totally rely on the grading system. The only surprise might be that the thing is in better than expected condition.

FAIR PRICE-BETTER THAN EXPECTED CONDITION
Over the past year I have ordered two lenses and one eye piece for the Nikon 1 system.
The two lenses did not function.
The most recent item, the electronic viewfinder for the 1 V3 was DOA. I wrote and was promptly offered a return.
My greatest concern is the KEH is selling used equipment in an "as is" condition. I had the expectation that items you offer for sale have been tested to make sure they work.
It seems the standard way KEH handles these cases, is to offer an refund. Nice. But the goal is to have a working piece of equipment.
That seems to be something that is not available.
