KEH sent me a refurbished lens that was missing accessory items for my lens due to the manufacturers error. I notified them and initially they wanted me to send the lens back so they could send it back to the manufacturer. Upon hearing that I needed the lens and couldn't send it back, they were able to rectify the problem and promptly sent the missing accessories to me. They fit the lens and I am satisfied with there efforts to correct the manufacturers error.
KEH is the BEST company for buying used camera equipment period. I placed an order and when I received it the cameras light meter was always reading overexposed, regardless of ASA, shutter speed, or aperture. I contacted KEH and they immediately offered to send me a shipping label and apply the value to another item. That's great customer service.
