KEH customer service is prompt and the reps are knowledgeable. I've purchased a few Canon and Nikon lenses over the years and have been very satisfied with their quality/performance. KEH quality ratings seem to be accurate.

My experience was rather good the camera was sent to me rather quickly. I think they could do a better job of describing the equipment.

I bought a used 18-135 Sony DT lens. I thought being used it would show signs of use and wear. The lens I got was in LIKE NEW condition. The glass was pristine and overall condition was like new. I am very happy with my purchase and would gladly buy from KEH again. Price was right as well. Thanks!
