Had a problem with my first used lens, they provided me with the return paperwork and I received my replacement this week, shot some great photos this weekend
I thought that it had not come but it had and that was my mistake. Lens looks good and I cannot wait to use it.
I was searching for a good used lens for my Sony A7iv. Found exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Delivery was quick and on time.
Normally I would give 5 stars but this order was one big headache. But we got it straight.

The camera was a little dirty and the charger is not a standard Canon charger but so far the camera itself works good. Also, full factory reset wasn't done and someone's phone was still paired with the it (easy to undo). Probably would opt for a refurbished camera if the price is the same (it was within $10). But, overall a good experience.

Camera appears to be in working condition. Very clean and delivered on time. HOWEVER, the camera was delivered by FedX and they did not deliver it to my front door. They stuck it in my mailbox. The heat that day was 90+ degrees. So when I found it in my METAL mailbox I was very worried because it was so hot (camera was hot). But, everything seems ok so far. I do not fault KEH, but FedX needs to do better and not leave items in my mailbox.
