My buying experience has always been good. But, selling you items is difficult because the quotes are extremely low compared to my selling the equipment on eBay.

Everything was easy until trying to access my cart. Your incessant little popup for chatting at the bottom right covered up the access point for jumping into the cart. How about leaving a spot to kill that off entirely for those who don't need it?
Camera lenses were in excellent shape, and nearly half the price of a brand new product.
Your site locked. Message window showed wrong date account not accepted, discount codes not accepted. Very frustrated. 14 previous perchases, not recognised as returning.

I ordered a Nikon z6 camera, and it did not perform well out of the box. Every picture had a rose colored tint. After a few hours of tutorials and attempts to fix this issue I determined that there was something wrong with the camera. I sent it back and currently they are in the process of sending me another one. I really hope this one works.
