Excellent price. Lens has a small cosmetic flaw but otherwise functions perfectly which matches the description.

Sometimes your prices seem fairly equivalent to discounted new items, but in this situation it was almost 50% lower than any new offering.

Quick and easy to use with the product I need

I made a rookie mistake when purchasing my camera and ordered an infrared! I contacted KEH minutes after placing my order and Shawn (Sean?) and several associates per him were able to help me correct my order by the next day and I received my camera about 2 or so business days later (it was incredibly fast).

Shopping is good, but it is somewhat complicated by the use of generic pictures. These can be misleading. In the case of the item I bought, I cannot tell from the picture whether it is satisfactory and the representative I chatted with didn't seem to have a great understanding of the issue
