The lens was in good shape and very affordable. It arrived on time and was packaged very well to protect the lens.

KEH is always great and a good value for used gear
The shopping experience was below average.
Most camera shops have an extensive list of filters to whittle down their options -- e.g., backpacks with tripod holders, rain covers, back/side panels, laptop sections, etc. The lack of these suggests KEH expects you to have done your research elsewhere, and simply hope to find the products you like on their site.
The site itself is also poorly designed. The top bar takes up a ton of real estate, leaving barely more than half the screen for shopping. Additionally, the site is super jumpy. When you finally scroll to the part of the screen you want to see (and remember, you can't filter, and half of that screen is taken up with static content that you don't need to see, so that's a lot of scrolling) an image somewhere at the top reloads and you lose your place in the page.
Lastly, the packaging is insane. So much excess plastic bubble wrap encasing a soft product in a huge box. I sought out used equipment because secondhand is greener, but that was rendered moot by all the unnecessary padding.
