I have been using KEH for all my photography equipment needs since 1988. I have always been extremely satisfied and will continue to use KEH
I have always been more than satisfied with KEH, their products, and customer service. The only issue I have is with Fedex. They've given false delivery times twice. The first time I waited at home all day waiting for a package because I was concerned that it would get wet from heavy rain, but it didn't arrive They didn't change the delivery time until late that evening. There have been hundreds of complaints and local news reports about their horrible service so hopefully it will now improve.
Good experience. The phone sales rep was unfamiliar with the Profoto 1A that I purchased and the website description of the item was lacking. Easy to find out by googling, but, an outfit like yours should know their equipment and have better details on its site.
The item was in rough shape cosmetically as described but works well.
