Placed a web order for a vintage camera product. Product shipped quickly. Better still: The product, described as being in "Excellent Condition" on the website, did in fact look "as good as new."

My only issues were with Fedex shipping. The package was expected to be delivered on 9/2, not received until 9/9. After many phone calls to fedex and being lied to multiple times, my package was finally located and delivered. I only live 40 miles from the KEH location and it took a week and a half to get my package.

I contacted you guys the day after I got my lens and haven't heard back. Planning to call later today. The lens will not go on my camera. Thinking something is bent? IDK but I needed it this Sunday for a shoot. Pretty bummed.

The shopping experience was pretty easy. I found what I was looking for through a quick search, and setting up an account was easy as well as the checkout process. The item actually was actually delivered 4 days early, which was a nice surprise.

Very pleased. Well packaged and both cameras work well. Very pleased with the packaging. Could have dropped the box out of a truck at 40mph and the cameras would have been ok.

I sent two Sigma lenses to you on a quote. I have few more that I will write up this week. I am switching from Sigma to Canon. Hoping to use funds from Sigma lenses to purchase more Canon. I received a call from your customer service this week. They said that they could not purchase the two lenses that I sent for evaluation. Somewhat disappointed.

I always prefer to buy at KEH. Only good experiences for over 10 years. The rare problems are promptly resolved in a proper and satisfying manner.

I like the customer service people because they are informed and can help make decisions. Also, I would rather support you all than Amazon.

Item received seems to be what I ordered. I have not evaluated it on my camera yet however. My trade-in was undervalued and I was very disappointed with that. FedEx delivery service was not great. Overly slow and the tracking was very inacccurate. The box arrived with a big dent in it but thankfully it does not appear to have damaged the lens I bought. Overall a good experience but could have been better.

Products were as described and work fine...shipping was a bit slower than I expected as I'm only about 3-4 hours away Drive time but I'm satisfied
