If you make a deal with used car salesman you are better off then making deals with KEH, They have sold my gear already and pocketed the profit but I am still waiting for the agreed amount to be sent to me, they giving me all kind of excuses and bla bla blaming everything on USPS and others then admitting that their system is not working, at this point I don't think that they even have mailed the check, but according to their emails they "say" mailed the check back in April 5-8 2022, then they said that I have to wait until April 22,2002 from Virginia, my mails from Europe and Asia takes around 10-12 days and delivers by USPS, as the check from KEH haven't arrived after almost 3 weeks I am thinking if they have even produced a check, after calling them again they are going to make me another check which I have to wait another week or so to get it, this is simply a very and not "trust worthy" company making deal with, highly not recommended company called KEH.

Do not sell to KEH!. I sent them an open box Lumix Lens with all original equipment, box, lens bag, lens hood, front and rear caps. I bought it new, took one photo and moved away from Panasonic gear. Sent it in as LN-, they tell me that is incorrect and there is debris and dust in the lens. Given the lens is weather-sealed against dust and moisture and was only 2 months old and never used, something didn't sit right. I am in the process of trying to get my lens returned. I thought this site would do better for selling my stuff to them. Trading in was easy, but because I did not have the original battery charger for my camera (I did send an aftermarket one), I rated my own stuff as acceptable. This seemed to be the honest assessment. I could have said like new or excellent. As acceptable I assumed if I were being too harsh on my equipment's condition, and it was better than expected, I'd receive more but certainly not less. I don't like surprises.

My quote came back as grading my equipment as excellent, but was significantly less than the original quote as acceptable by $200.00. I am not happy and am disappointed at best.

I have a feeling everything else at KEH is fine, but this upset me a little. There is no way to cancel an order from the website. I immediately realized I purchased the wrong item and sent an email... since there is no other way... but the item was shipped anyway. This is super inconvenient and annoying considering all they need is an option to cancel online.
