Wonderful lens in perfect condition for a reasonable price!
This was my first order from KEH. The lens I ordered was delivered very quickly (to Canada) and was in "like new minus" shape, as advertised. It was carefully packaged.
I didn't save a ton of money by not buying new (in total, including shipping and duty ca. $1320 CAD as opposed to ca. $1400 CAD new) but I'm generally happy with my purchase.
Ordered replacement parts. The parts received looked brand new.! Very happy!

The shipping was a disaster on this order, though I know it is not the fault of you guys. First Fed Ex said it would be here on April 5. It was not. I called on April 7, and they said someone would call me back. Nobody ever did, and I started getting texts about how if I don't "find" it by April 10 to call you guys and start a "lost item procedure." On April 10, I called again and someone said they would call back. Never did and I started getting more texts about lost items. Then I got a text telling me it was at the Walgreens, where I asked them to deliver it but I still got texts about a "lost item." The lens I got was as advertised and in better shape than I expected for a bargain item but the shipping sucked. Again, I realize it is not your fault.
Service was fantastic, shipping was super fast, 10/10 would use again.
Careful if you're Canadian, all pricing on the site is in USD even though it doesn't say so. Ended up paying a fair bit more than I thought I would.

I initially put off ordering a lens because their estimate was over a week for shipping for the basic/free delivery. I finally decided to order on a Tuesday around noon. The confirmation email stated 3-4 days shipping. Later the same day I got another email stating it had been shipped and would arrive next day (im in the Atlanta area). Sure enough, by 9 am Fedex was at my doorstep with the lens. The lens was exactly as described. I can not recommend KEH enough and would certainly purchase again without hesitation.
My flash trigger malfunctioned and they are no longer sold by the company. I found one at KEH and it saved the day.
