Had a problem with the first product that I purchased and received. KEH swapped for a comparable product and shipped it out very promptly. The service was very efficient.
Efficient purchase and delivery. Now I'm annoyed to be trolled into a review that requires 50-word count at the end of a long day. What kind of snowflake market soy boy told you that was the way to run things? Here after I'll know to ignore the desperate "did you get the package," message.
The lens I ordered arrived within two days, even though I chose the free shipping option. Everything was well-packaged and in great condition. I'll be shopping here again!
Much to my surprise during my search for a Canon OEM lens hood, KEH came up as an option and basically had the best deal around.

I'm so stoked to have a different lens for my Pentax 67. The 105mm is awesome but this 45mm gives me so much more space in front of the lens... I'll be using it for commercial + lifestyle work all the time!
I was skeptical at first but when I ordered it and receive it, I was shocked that the camera is real.
I mistakenly ordered a macro converter that did not fit my Olympus lens. I contacted KEH, they authorized the return for a credit back to my credit card, and I ordered the correct converter. Great service!
While KEH is an excellent vendor, my recent experience with their use of FedEx Ground was disappointing to say the least. The package showed obvious signs of rough treatment and it was mis-routed onto a FedEx Express delivery truck which the driver refused to deliver probably because it would not have been a FedEx Ground delivery. Transferring the package over to the FedEx Ground operation for delivery was done over a weekend which required extra days added on to the travel time. Bottom line: the KEH package spent literally one full week from deliver to my home town to the deliverer's FedEx Ground agent. I discourage the use of FedEx Ground.
