Had been looking to replacing my old camera and lens-- was mostly going back and forth between Best Buy and eBay-- was overwhelmed with options, but after coming across KEH, I was able to find a camera/lens that was great for my level of expertise (or lack thereof) as well as my budget. I recently ordered a Nikon D80 to mess around with the older CCD sensors. The camera was graded EX+ and you'd think it was new, not a mark on it. It came with the promised accessories and works perfectly, I had it in the field within a day of receiving it. I also received my package very quickly, I live on the east coast and I had it in 2 days even with ground shipping. Super pleased!

Camera I ordered was described as a full spectrum converted camera - the camera I received is an IR converted camera, that does not capture full spectrum. I hope KEH can address that mistake.

A plastic part in side of camera broke the moment I turned camera on. Not sure what it is but it looks important to the function of the camera. Will be sending back. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I received my Lena and unfortunately it has a los focusing ring. The rating provided is EX+ not sure how hits actually can be rated as such. Not happy at all.

I spoke with Cindy for about 20 mins and she was awesome at making sure I choose the right lens for what I needed! I didn't get that at other companies and felt like they wanted to rush me off the phone. Not KEH they care and they want you to have the right equipment. Thank you! Within a few hours of placing my order, I realized that the lens would be too bulky and that I would not be able to use it. I contacted customer service via email and was advised that I would need to receive the lens and then send it back. This was despite the fact that the lens had not yet shipped. I felt this was counter intuitive.
