Great product, great price
Everything was good overall. However, I called because there was not option to opt out of delivering without a signature (and I understand why for high price items), but I called to have the delivery address changed based on the fact that a signature would be required. The man I spoke with was so nice and I felt so wonderful that everything had been changed in time and so happy with your customer service. Then I received a call from a friend that Fedex was asking for a signature - it seems the address didn't get changed after all. So I had to leave work the following day and try to catch the Fedex delivery man because Fedex gave no other options for that deliver - I did and it all worked out...was just a little inconvenient. Overall - everything else was wonderful.
