Everything went smooth besides selecting a saved credit card. This brought up a blank page on Safari and Firefox.

KEH is the best used photographic equipment source - sometimes beating online bidding sources for price, while very reliable and with excellent customer service.
I would rather that the sales tax was shown along with the shipping charge, instead of at the final screen.
You need to refine your search engine, it was easier to browse for specific parts in the older site.
I bought a cheap lens, but in EX condition, all is good, except I thought it would include caps. No big deal but maybe all EX lenses should have caps? I later remembered that lenses that include caps mention it on the description, so it really is my fault, but a reminder of this detail in the checkout or something like that would be appreciated.
I had a good experience with KEH. I look to them for purchasing use equipment because I know that they do a thorough check of every thing they resell.
