I'm approaching becoming a "regular" customer if I keep shopping at KEH. It's likely that I will. The items I have purchased have all been exactly as described. I've had not the slightest difficulty with anything. The prices are well within reason. I'm still learning the mirrorless Sony NEX5 and lenses I bought. I'm pretty much a dyed in the wool Nikon shooter but wanted a "point and shoot" option for those times I didn't want to lug around a large camera. The point and shoot cameras I haveused didn't get it done when it came to processing ie cropping and the like, thus the Sony with a real c sensor. So far, so good. An experiment prior to spending the big bucks on a new version. The equipment I bought here is great. Like the mini TT I bought earlier. I would NOT HESITATE to purchase equipment from KEH. They're good folks and sell products they have checked out carefully in my estimation.

I ordered on a Wednesday about 9:30 am. A customer service rep, Arthur called the same day and left a voice mail when I did not answer. Arthur wanted to confirm I was real and had truly ordered. Not unusually, the voice mail did not show for some time, in this case after KEH closed for the day.

I had ordered 2nd day service for a Friday delivery. When I called him Thursday morning, he quickly understood I had to have the lens by Friday and changed dekivery from 2nd to 1st day without an extra charge. I did receive the lens on Friday. That is what I call a good response.

Overall great experience. KEH is my first stop whenever I'm buying camera equipment. Products are always in the best condition as it is rated on the site. The abbreviations associated with the product are a great tool. Although it would be helpful that they link directly to the page that shows the meaning of each. It is pretty easy to miss. Most recently I purchased a lens that came without a lens and back cap. It was probably noted with the item and i just missed it. It would be helpful if things like that were a little more prevalent on the page.
