EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
Would have been nice to have the USB cable, manual and a shoulder strap. Didn't realize that these wouldn't be included. But, the description didn't say these were included, so I guess I should have paid more attention before ordering. The camera is great, thanks.

Items were as good assure better condition as I expected. Delivered promptly
Three stars for delivery because the tracking number indicated delivery on Friday but package showed up on Saturday. Hung around Friday night because we've had some thefts on the area but no package.

I placed the order online and it was to be shipped to my residence, but since I live in Atlanta I decided that I would pick up the item at KEH. I contacted KEH and requested pickup rather than deliver. When I arrived at KEH there was a little bit of confusion locating the item since the order was initially supposed to be shipped but everything worked out and I was able to pick up my order. The KEH employee at the front desk assisting me was very helpful.
The condition of what I receive is always as described. Great protective packaging.
