Overall it was good experience and the product is as advertised. However the shipping went not so well. KEH website's shipping form did not have a checkbox of "this is business address", nor did they indicate that to FedEx, although "company name" was provided in the shipping address. "FedEx home delivery" tried twice delivering to my office after 1030pm which is closed at 6 every day. I had to call FedEx and then KEH to let them ask FedEx to reroute the delivery. In my case it took 7 business days from placing order to getting the product, from GA to NYC. It would be better if shipping to business address is handled differently.

The lens in question was listed under "SCHNEIDER KREUZNACH", whereas the lens I received was a model by "Goerz Optical Company". Although, the lens is "Made In Switzerland" by Kern, but it was made for Goerz and not for Schneider. Schneider acquired rights/patents when Goerz went bust and then Kern was made the same lens for Schneider BUT it was a newer EDITION and had the SCHNEIDER name engraved on it.
1) The downside is that you erroneously listed the lens under the "Schneider" brand whereas the lens should have been listed under "Goerz".
2) There were no photos of this lens on your site: So a few days before placing the order, I called your office and the recipient of the call from your office was very stern bordering of somewhat one can say is rudeness. He told me in a somewhat unfriendly tone, that he cannot help me with the photos...ie. If the photos were not posted on the site then he was 'completely' unable to help in this matter (Although, he could have told me that he would put in a request to your concerned department to post photos, BUT he did not say this to me).
3) Next, he told me that the description posted on the site along with the rating is CORRECT AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE FAITH IN KEH'S DESCRIPTION. I said I did (I had bought a 270/5.5 Schneider earlier from you through ebay on Sept. 03,2015).
4) If I had known that the lens in question was a Goerz instead of a Schneider, I would have paid $1103 for it, which I consider as expensive for an older model like Goerz.
5) And pls don't tell me that Kern made this lens for Schneider, because they did not. Kern only put the Schneider name on the lens after the latter had acquired the rights from Goerz.
