I have placed 2 orders so far. Although I ended up exchanging the 1st one, the experience was great and no-hassle. When I chatted with the online sales person about the problem, he quickly set up the exchange and mailed me the new order/Fedex return shipping label within one hour. When I got the new camera, I found out that it would cost more than the original one, but KEH did not even charge me the difference. Based on the good service I got for 1st order, I went ahead to place 2nd order for CONTAX 35MM F/3.5 T* LENS FOR CONTAX 645.
I wanted to mention that the product rating from KEH is very accurate, giving me more confidence. Will be back for more.

KEH is great place to buy used camera gear! They have great prices and are willing to accomodate the smallest orders.
Overall it was good experience and the product is as advertised. However the shipping went not so well. KEH website's shipping form did not have a checkbox of "this is business address", nor did they indicate that to FedEx, although "company name" was provided in the shipping address. "FedEx home delivery" tried twice delivering to my office after 1030pm which is closed at 6 every day. I had to call FedEx and then KEH to let them ask FedEx to reroute the delivery. In my case it took 7 business days from placing order to getting the product, from GA to NYC. It would be better if shipping to business address is handled differently.
