1) blocked by psychics unexpected or been blindsighted
2) only once in a while get monthly of $10 or $25 credit to my account
3) only get credit if issue of reading with Keen
4) psychics are not tested will get average 10% accuracy from most psychics
5) Spent about $12,940 on their readings since Jul 2018 this time in hoping each time someone will be almost 100% accurate
6) Had asked for $750 refund of it but all they tell me is we credit every 30 days is all they will help me on
7) Gee got lucky that being a super high paying Keen looks like they had one time of $100 credit to do phone consult to nosey your business is what I had learned from their calling for this credit
8) Keen's IT is awful when calling or texting psychic, is too long to re-up payment or trying to add more money or it shuts down and sometimes psychics will leave on you
9) Other keen partner, like Oranum, Psychic Guild and possibly other ones will come to your email with promos to get you to buy but their psychics are awful too
10) Asked for one of psychics for refund $45 due to their on the side reading of meditation didn't happen and now I'm stuck with not getting it back

Watch out for KEEN and few other psychics out there! You're wasting your money unless you find a legit psychic that cares what you're spending for an accurate and honest read!

And this is from a man who was raised by xclent psychic counselors. Old school. Donations accepted. I found myself willing to investigate many of the psychics including the greediest of them 35$ plus a minute. For two years. Maybe *******$ dollars... maybe. 12 percent had access to spiritual vision. And revealed nuances that truly helped. But not one prediction came true with regard to lover that disappeared... maybe one that truly hit. But then larger context of that prediction was failed. Personally, don't predict at 35$ per minute... don't predict. This company has technical problems that cost me more. And they refused to cooperate with courtesy and giving back to a obvious committed repeat customer. They refused! Instead gave 25$ credit to next reading. That is more greed. Because its not returning the gratitude. This is not what will last. Company will be sued...

Not at all what I was looking for. Too many scams going on. Too much fighting amoung advisers. Too much fraud when it comes to there feedback system. Anyone can get there friiends to leave feedback on themselves. Anyone can leave feedback on other advisors good or bad. You just can not believe anything said. This is not at all what I look for when thinking about an adviser. Try your best to walk away because all you are getting is lies and more lies... feedback and all..

I have mixed reviews about this site. I have used for some years off and on. I recently realized how out of control my use has been like an addiction due to a bad break with a person who is clearly a Narcissist. I had many say great things about him which is incorrect. He's a bad person who uses and abuses women. I did get blindsided by this person who misrepresented himself I went in to deep depression and therapy. I was not told exact info. So many did not deliver correct info on the lies, cheating and deceit.
This added to my misery and clarity of my thoughts.
I There should be limits on how many calls a day or minutes period. Being depressed and hearing fantasies from readers you can use bad judgement spending to broke.
There needs to be laws passed to keep this from happening.
I should have restitution for my depression making repeated multiple calls a day when your not in your right mind also suffering PTSD. You'll repeatedly call for positive support. This is BAD NEWS!

Predictions didn't happen as stated by tons of readings over a year.

Earlier on I could get better refunds as much as the cost of the call. But then pretty soon I was getting updated terms and conditions to be acknowledged and then the refunds changed to the 1x a month for $25 credit that's a joke especially the amount of money I spent. Credit should be cost of the call. This would weed out the weaker advisors who cannot be real and deliver the right info. It's also a talent on how you give advice with people whom are sad, distraught, vulnerable etc. Some cannot deliver the information in a way that helps, it actually hurts people. It seems they let anyone join and your risking waste of money when you get a one who is not very good or a fraud.

Dint meet any "bad" or "fake" psychics, but timelines went fully off. Waste of emotion and money. They need to understand that they cannot make money out of people's weaknesses and emotions and lives. After a point of time, it became an addiction, because what they said so cinfidently seemed like a fairytale and when it does not materialize you tend to dig deeper and try to make more people say it. I spoke to almost 60-70 psyhics from here. I know I was an idiot. Learnt that one cannot change destiny. You have the bloody control over your life. Not a stranger that charges you per minute to tell you about your life.

I was going through a difficult time and wanted help. All the advisors I spoke to were very nice and comforting. If you have money to blow and just need someone to talk to, go for it. If you're looking for predictions and a real psychic with correct timelines, please save your money. I'm embarrassed to say I spent thousands of dollars and I still haven't seen the guy they said I would see and it's been two and half years. I spoke to at least 15 psychics on this site... Stupid me!

$37 for fifteen minutes, things seemed to be good at first and then the answers became generic and I was unhappy with their service. I contacted Customer Service and asked for a refund! They claimed the charges were "valid" and I wouldn't be getting anything back, and blocked my card #, as if I actually wanted to use their service again! Do not trust Keen and their outrageous prices, I have had better readings with psychics at Universal Orlando than these so called "experts!" Who don't charge nearly as much

I've spent thousands in a couple months with the top physics only to hear he'll call in 8 days from top psychics than when it didn't happen I'd call the same "top physics" to hear a different time frame! And guess what? Nothing predicted happened! So after no predictions came to pass I tried to call some of the "top physics " again only to hear that I was blocked! Total fraud! I've been very nice to each advisor I spoke with so I know they blocked me because there prediction never HAPPENED! I'M SO ANNOYED AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY ON FRAUDS!

I have been using Keen off and on for a couple of years. I have red with a few psychic set have pinpointed the situation although were wrong about the outcome but still that helped me understand what I was going through so I continue to call back. My questions aren't as serious as others so if I was looking at this in terms of financially or legally and I needed these advisors to be on top of the game and correct because I've got something riding on it then I would have stopped using keen from day one. But the worst advisors infinite star and even though she had good reviews I have learned that you can get the reviews that are negative removed. I had contacted her thinking she was going to be great and got berated by her. She even try to patronize me. I'm like excuse me but he was paying whom. It ended up being like talking to a 13 year old Junior High kid because her maturity level was so low. And I was looking for answers to a situation involving work and then about a guy I was seeing and what came out of her mouth was so disrespectful and absolutely disgusting that I even wrote keen and ask them to review the our phone call. They did and I got a complete full refund which was more than the $25 guarantee thing that they have going on. In short it won't get into what she said because I'm kind of embarrassed by it but just save yourself and don't call her

The only one I trust to speak with on Keen is YourPathInLt her name is Anna and she has been Accurate every single time I have spoken with her not only that but she picks up on things that are going on in your life or things that are about to happen and she will tell you what she's sees with out you telling her what is going on because she already knows you just asked your questions and she spreads out her cards and tells you what's happening and what's going to happen she does not keep you on the phone and she does not waist your time. I have spoken to other Advisors who were some what accurate but was also wrong about other things they have told me then there have been other Advisors who were just completely wrong so if you want a genuine true accurate psychic reading Everytime call YourPathInLt if she is not available arrange a call with her trust me you will not regret it.

These guys are all fake. They just give you some general recommendations based on what you ask. If you say you have problem for example, they say they can see that you have anxiety! Or you are nervous! And then they say it will be solved if you want! Seriously?! On the other hand, if you explain your specific problem in details, they just use that and play with you with fake answers. Never do that. Just ask your question in a general form and do not give them the details or specifics. You just make it easier for them to lie to you by giving them too much information. Stay away from these fraud.
