Fakest site ever. No one has even predicted anything right and I feel reviews that top advisors receive are scripted. Customer service sucks and so does the company.

Keen advisors tell you what you want to hear. Out of all I talk to nothing was true or came true. It's fake! Then some give dates which nothing happen it's crazy how they lie to you.

I decided to try keen as I needed some advice. Unfortunately I had tried 3 advisors and all three led me to believe that something was true and it was not. They tell you what you want to hear so they can keep you coming back and take your money. They take advantage of people who need guidance ( such as myself) and keep increasing their rates so they can take more money per minute. Its a scam and a warning for people like myself to not put your trust in these people. They will be receiving more bad reviews from me on other sites. Beware!

I have found some WONDERFUL advisors that have helped me sort out the convoluted MUCK in my situation!
I give KEEN a 97 percent. I have had some dropped calls; however I did NOT worry to much.

I, as well as a number of other psychics, worked on Keen for years before Keen decided to kick us off without any warning or reason whatsoever. A lot of advisors depended on that income from Keen and had built up good ratings and relationships with their clients. It was unfair what Keen did to these people, myself included. That only proves that you cannot trust a company like Keen. They are lousy people who run this company.

I spoke to 3 different ones who said they couldn't help me bc they couldn't feel the energy. Then one finally said she felt the energy and I told her I couldn't feel my husband around me at all and don't dream about him or anything and all he said was that he would visit me in my dreams. Smh.

Psychic experience has been good but unless you pay for the ones that are a lot of money you really don't get a good reading! People might disagree with this but that's how I feel from my readings!

I have co suited multiple advisors over the same issue and they all had something different to tell me. One advisors gave me her take on the problem in a pretty rude way and ended the chat! No one really knew what they were talking about. I feel like I was taken advantage of at one if the worst times in my life. All of the advisors claimed to have some inside knowledge of my situation and they all told me contrasting "advice". No one was correct. I still have no idea what the truth is. It was torment.

You have to find an advisor that you mesh well with. I've had some awful experiences and readings, and some good ones. Stick with one who resonates and seems to really have an insight and understanding without you providing them all of the details.

Keen overall is a great site. It's easy to use and the layout is also easy to follow. However, the value of the advisors compared with their ability is not equally acceptable. I would like for keen to have some sort of validation test to reassure its customers that the advisors are in fact psychic and stand by the quality of its advisors.
